An award-winning jazz vocalist and concert pianist, Marina Pacowski just won Best Jazz Artist and Best Jazz Album at the 2026 World Entertainment Awards in Hollywood. Born in France and based in LA, she is a true improvising vocalist and has performed at LA’s major jazz venues. As a concert pianist, she has toured internationally as well as in the US. Her two Summit Records CD’s (“Inner Urge” and “New Jazz Standards, Volume 7: The Music of Carl Saunders”) feature a Who’s Who of jazz players including Joel Frahm, John Clayton, Roy McCurdy, Josh Nelson, and Ken Peplowski. Marina’s music is enjoying widespread airplay and rave reviews across the globe. She is also a respected educator, serving on the faculty at the Conservatoire Maurice Ravel in France as well as being the voice mentor for the LA Jazz Society’s Bill Green Mentorship Program.
